Can I check out both in-stock items and pre-order items in the same order?

No, we do not allow mixing in-stock items and pre-order items in the same order. Please place seperate orders for in-stock and pre-order items.

Can I cancel a pre-order after it's confirmed?

Once your pre-order is confirmed, no amendments to your order or cancellations can be made.We kindly remind you to review your order carefully before making payment.
We'll do our best to get your order to you as soon as we can, so thanks for hanging in there!

What should I do if I want to return a pre-order item?

Can I change my pre-order item to different variation or product?

We do not offer the option to change the variation or product of a pre-order item once it is confirmed. Please ensure that you select the correct variation and product before confirming your pre-order.

Pre-order items are expected to arrive in our store approximately 14 - 30 days after your order placed. Once the stock arrives, we will promptly dispatch your parcel and notify you about the shipment. Please note that the estimated shipping date is subject to change, and we will keep you informed of any updates regarding your pre-order.

Can I combine multiple pre-order items into one shipment?

If you have placed multiple pre-order items with different estimated shipping dates, we will generally ship each item seperately as it becomes available. This allow you to receive your items as soon as they are ready.
