What are the shipping fees for my order?

Shipping fees are calculated per order and vary depending on you location. However, we also offer free shipping for orders that meet specific purchase amounts.

Q2How quickly will my order be processed and shiped?

We process orders within 24 hours, and they are typically shipped the next 1-3 days after payment is made. Delivery to your doorstep is estimated to take 1-3 working days. However, please note that if your order contains backorder/ preorder items, it may take longer to ship or deliver.

  • Delivery timeframe is just an estimation and may take longer especially during peak season / outskirt area.

How can I check if my order qualitfies for free shipping?

During the checkout process, our system will automatically calculate the shipping fees based on your order value. If ypur order meets or exceeds the free shipping amount for your location, the shipping fees will be waived.

Which address should I ship my order to?

It is adviseable to have your oder shipped to your office address if you are at work during delivery hours. Postal services operate between 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM on weekdays.

If no one is available to collect your parcel after two delivery attempts, it may be sent back to us.

Is self-pickup at your store an option?

Yes, you can opt for self-pickup during the checkout process. To do so, simply select the "Self-Pickup" option, and don't forget to leave us a message with your order refeence to let us know when you plan to pick up your order.

Are the item in my cart reserved for me before checkout?

No, items in your cart are not exclusive reservations until you proceed to checkout. They are available to other customers. Since our items are in limited quantities, they may sell out before you complete your checkout.

Does the shipping fee I paid during checkout include customs and import duties?

No, the shipping fee paid during checkout does not include customs and import duties.

Your order may be subjected to customs inspections, and duties and taxes will be assessed in accordance with local regulations.

If taxes and/or duties are incurred, you are responsible for covering the fees before delivery can proceed.

If you refuse or do not claim the package, the return fees will also be payable by you before re-delivery can be arranged.

Can I request delivery without a signature requirement?

While it's possible to arrange for delivery without a signature, we do not encourage it. We require a signature upon delivery to ensure your parcel reaches you safely. Please note that if you choose delivery without a signature and the parcel is not received on your end, we won't be able to reimburse or replace your order.

Can I ammend my delivery information after placing an order?

You won't be able to amend your delivery information once your order is placed. However, we will do our best to assist if you need to amned your delivery information.
Please note that is if it is too late and your order has already been delivered, we may not be able to retrieve it. Please contact us as soon as possible for any changes.

Can I have my order shipped to a Post Office (PO) box address?

We do not ship to PO box addresses. Our courier only accepts deliveries to standard adresses.
